Now that we have 501 (3) (c) Tax Exempt status, let us brain storm on how to further our cause.  It is important that all CAN-USA members are well versed on rules and regulations.  Please read all important legal documents including the letters from IRS and FTB regarding the exemption status.

    Current CAN-USA by-laws has provision for three VP spread around three geographical location (East, Mid and West).

    Looks like there is a need for one central coordinating VP as well, what do you all think?
